Delivery time & Order and order confirmation

We have an international delivery.  

We aim to ship your products as fast as possible but sometimes delivery time takes 2-60 days. We offer free shipping when the order’s total price exceeds 100€. You will receive a tracking number into your email when the package is being processed. If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery times, you can contact our customer service.

You can check your order’s information from the automatic order confirmation which you will get into the given e-mail after you’ve made the order. If there’s anything unclear about the order, you can contact our customer service in Facebook or by sending an e-mail to info@goto-sportwear.com. 

Delivery and delivery costs

The delivery costs will be included in the total sum of the order. Additional charges that are independent of us may occur, provided you choose an alternative delivery or your home countries customs fees. 
 

Unretrieved delivery

The online store has a right to demand compensation from the buyer for any costs incurred due to the breach of contract (Finnish Consumer protection law 5th section 25 & 28 §).

Return Policy

Please follow these steps in order to return a product: 

  1. Make sure the product is unused, has original packaging and tag. All parts and accessories must be included. we reserve the right to partially or not at all refund the return if these requirements are not met.  
  2. Pack the product in a suitable packaging for shipping.  
  3. Print out the pre-paid return label and attach it to the return package.  
  4. Deliver the package to you closest shipping office. 
  5. As soon as we receive the return, we will e-mail you with information about you refund. 

The customer is responsible for costs caused by the return, including the cost of delivery. When the product is received by return policy, the product will be checked whereupon the money will be returned within 30 days of receipt of the return package. The return will always be made to the same card/bank account from which the product was paid. 

If you return the product, remember to keep the receipt you received and keep it until your return has been accepted. The receipt may be needed in problem situations.

Exchange policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do the following: 

If the product you wish to return costs less than the amount that qualifies for free shipping, you can contact us and let us know which products you wish to exchange and your order number. We will then send you a discount code so that you do not need to pay for shipping on the new product you wish to exchange to.

Law

Our operation is based on Finland’s valid consumer protection law. The customer has a right to submit any dispute to the Consumer Complaint Board. People under the age of 18 can only order with a parent’s consent.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
